The artwork and frame dimensions listed are a guide only. They are not always 100% accurate due to their handmade nature.
We have done our best to display the Artworks accurately in the digital format; however, the artworks' colours may slightly vary from whats shown due to a wide range of factors such as photography, monitor calibration and computer hardware.
All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the product arrives damaged, email info@guseagleton.com immediately. Artworks will be transported via an appropriate courier service, dependent on your location and will be packaged adequately to ensure safe transit. In the instance damage occurs, please document it with photographs immediately. A refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the Artist. Artworks must be returned in the condition they were received via a registered courier service at the buyer's expense. As the buyer, you assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. The Artist will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit. Any postage of artworks must be insured and have tracking.
The Artist retains all copyright of the artwork and imagery from design to completion unless a licensing agreement is signed. Any unauthorized reproduction of artworks will result in legal action. The Artist's original artwork shall not be intentionally destroyed, damaged, altered, retouched, modified or changed without the Artist's written consent.
The Client shall ensure the Artist is credited in any editorial/social media use of the artwork when it is in their power to do so.
